Location:   Big Horn Blvd. / Elk Grove Blvd.

Suspect:   CHAFFINE, SEAN (AMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location:   8400 block of Laguna Palms Way.

Suspect:   TURNBULL, JOHNNY (WMA, 22, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail.

EVENING WATCH

Location:   5200 block of Deepdale Way.

Suspect #1:  WILSON, THOMAS (BMA, 36, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2:  WARD, JORDEN (WMA, 32, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious vehicle that was occupied by two individuals. When officers arrived, they observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle and was known to be on probation. When contacted, S-2 did not comply with instructions and was detained. S-1 was also detained and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded firearm underneath the driver’s seat along with narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Folsom resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
