Elk Grove Police arrest 3 for prostitution involving minor Monday night

An alert Uber driver called Elk Grove police about possible prostitution activity last night. The driver had dropped off two women, Destiny Pettway, 25 and Maria Westley 31, both of Sacramento, and a teenage victim at the Holiday Inn Suites Hotel on West Stockton Blvd near Laguna Blvd and Highway 99.

When police arrived, they detained the two suspects and determined that they were engaging in pimping the victim. The victim was located inside the hotel and a third suspect, 20 year old Disney Vang was arrested for unlawful sexual activity with the victim. The victim had been reported as a missing person. The victim was transported to an alternative housing location.
