S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had several active warrants out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect:   JUVENILE (WMJ, 17, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating an ATV on a public roadway when an EGPD officer attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. S-1 did not yield and led officers on a pursuit. During the pursuit, S-1 used evasive maneuvers on the city streets that created a dangerous driving situation. Officers cancelled their involvement in the pursuit as S-1 fled the area. Through investigative efforts, officers were able to locate S-1 and the ATV involved in the pursuit at a local residence. S-1 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.

The victims were walking up to their residence when they were approached by two unknown suspects. S-1 brandished a handgun at the victims then demanded their personal property. The victims feared for their safety and complied with the demands. Both suspects then ran away with the stolen property and were last seen on Golden Sage Dr.  Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects, but they did find the cell phones taken during the robbery. S-1 was described as a BMJ, 16-18 years of age, light complexion, 5`11″ tall, medium build, wearing a gray “puffy” jacket and high top athletic shoes. S-2 was described as a BMJ, 10-13 years of age, light complexion, 5`5″ tall, heavy build, wearing a puffy jacket and blue jeans.

When V-1 attempted to call 911, S-1 took the cell phone away from V-1. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:   NASIRI, CHEVON (AMA, 24, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted while sitting passed out in the driver’s seat of a stopped vehicle with the transmission in drive. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. At the hospital, S-1 was issued a citation and released to the medical staff.

Victim:  CONFIDENTIAL 

Suspect #1:  PETTWAY, DESTINY (BFA, 25, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2:  WESTLEY, MARIA (BFA, 31, ARRESTED)

Suspect #3:  VANG, DISNEY (AMA, 20, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding possible prostitution activity that was reported by an Uber driver who had driven the victim (16) and S-1 & S-2 (Sacramento residents) to the location. Officers arrived and detained S-1 and S-2 outside of a hotel. S-3 was located inside a hotel room with the victim. Officers determined that S-1 and S-2 had been actively involved in pimping/pandering V-1 and had arraigned for the victim to meet S-3. Officers determined that S-3 had been involved in unlawful sexual activity with the victim. The three suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail. The victim, who had been reported as a missing person, was transported to an alternative housing location.

S-1 also forced the victim’s face into the ground several times. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: Laguna Blvd. / Laguna Oaks Dr. 

Suspect: ROBERTS, CHRISTOPHER (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the area. Upon arrival, officers located the described vehicle parked and discovered that S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident) was sitting in the driver’s seat passed out. When S-1 woke up, he displayed objective signs of impairment. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 performed poorly of field sobriety test and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
