Suspect: TRUONG, RYAN (AMA, 22, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for driving under the influence then transported to the main jail.

Location: Monte Cresta Way. / Rancho Dr. 

Suspect #1: GEORGE, DEVIN (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2: MARSHALL, BRIAN (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Georgetown resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. Upon contact, both suspects were found to be on probation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of S-2 led to the discovery of a controlled substance. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: GRANT, HEIDI (BFA, 39, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed the glasses off of V-1’s face. As a result of S-1’s action, V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was taken into custody for an active warrant then transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for active warrants then transported to the main jail.

Victim: WINCO FOODS

Suspect: MUHAMMAD, ELIJAH (BMA, 30, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Fresno resident) was observed shoplifting by a WinCo loss prevention officer. When S-1 exited the store without paying for the merchandise, the loss prevention officer approached S-1. When the loss prevention officer attempted to detain S-1, a struggle ensued. During the struggle, S-1 attempted to spray the loss prevention officer with pepper spray. The loss prevention officer was able to detain S-1 and took the pepper spray away from S-1. EGPD officers responded to the location and took S-1into custody. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
