Elk Grove Police arrest two, stolen loaded handgun found

Saturday afternoon Elk Grove police officers stopped a vehicle for a code violation. They determined that both the driver, 30 year old Shiree Williams of Sacramento and the passenger, 27 year old of Elk Grove were on probation. Officers also determined that Fike had an active warrant out for her arrest. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery a loaded handgun that was reported stolen. Both suspects were arrested and transported to jail.
