Suspect: PEREZ, HENRY (HMA, 53, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Herald resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: GILBERT, TYRONE (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were travelling on HWY 99 between Calvine Rd. and Sheldon Rd. when they became involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pulled V-1 by the hair and struck V-1 in the face several times. When V-1 attempted to call 911 from a cell phone, S-1 grabbed the phone and threw it out of the car. V-1’s two children were in the vehicle when the altercation took place. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: OLIVEIRA, ANTHONY (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Lathrop resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 provided false information about his identity. Officers located S-1’s ID and a records check revealed that S-1 had an active felony warrant out for his arrest. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

A probations search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1.  Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. A records check revealed that S-1 and S-2 were both on probation. S-2 was also found to have an active warrant out for her arrest. A search of the vehicle S-1 was driving led to the discovery of a loaded handgun that had been reported stolen. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MORCOMB, TAMMY (WFA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an impaired driver. Upon arrival, an officer located the described vehicle, being driven by S-1 (Elk Grove resident), and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Herald resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a fixed object.  Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Citrus Heights resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license was suspended that she was on probation. A search of the vehicle S-1 was driving led to the discovery of a controlled substance. A search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of two fictitious $100 bills and indicia of sales. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HERNANDEZ, ROBERTO (HMA, 40, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 choked V-1. S-1 also prevented V-1 from leaving the residence. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Blvd.  

Suspect: UNKNOWN 

S-1 attempted to walk out of Wal-Mart with a bicycle that hadn’t been paid for. When S-1 was confronted by employees, he brandished a pocket knife at them. The employees feared for their safety and did not approach the suspect. S-1 fled the location on the bicycle and was described as a WMA or HMA wearing a green sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Location: Elk Grove Florin Rd. / Halverson Dr. 

Suspect #1: JUVENILE (WMJ, 16, ARRESTED) 

Suspect #2: JUVENILE (WMJ, 14, ARRESTED)

The victim was walking down the street when he was approached by S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident), S-2 (Elk Grove resident) and S-3. The suspects demanded V-1’s backpack. When the victim refused to surrender his property, the suspects punched V-1 several times in the face. The suspects took the victim’s backpack then ran away from the scene. A witness called EGPD and responding officers located and detained S-1 and S-2. S-3 was not located. S-1 was found to be in possession of cigarettes, alcohol, and aerosol spray paint cans. S-2 was also found to be in possession of spray paint. Both S-1 and S-2 were positively identified as being involved in the robbery. Both suspects were taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 closed a door on V-1’s arm. S-1 also slapped V-1 in the face. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the ankles and pulled V-1 off of a bed onto the floor. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
