Charges:   WARRANT 

Location:   4800 block of Lusitano Way.

Suspect:   MCBRIDE, ALLEN (WMA, 44, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail. 

Time:   1250 hours

Charges:   PC 459, 182(A)(1), 272

Location:   9400 block of White Horse Way.

Suspect #1:  SILVA, CHRISTIAN (HMA, 18, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2:  JUVENILE (OMJ, 15, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an in progress residential burglary. The caller indicated that two unknown suspects were inside the residence and had fled after they discovered that the reporting person was home. Officers arrived and established a perimeter in an attempt to locate the suspects. Officers were unable to locate the suspects and the reporting person advised that a laptop and been taken during the burglary. The homeowner was able to provide EGPD with surveillance video of the suspects from inside the residence. At 1554 hours, EGPD responded to the 8800 block of Bond Rd. after the owner of the stolen laptop had tracked the device to this location. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) who matched the description of the suspects involved in the residential burglary. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1’s backpack led to the discovery of the stolen laptop and marijuana. A probation search of S-1’s residence led to the discovery of the clothing that S-1 and S-2 had worn during the burglary. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. S-2 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.

Location:   9100 block of W. Stockton Blvd.

Victim:  ULTA SALON

Suspect:   GONZALEZ, VICTORIA (HFA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained by Ulta Salon loss prevention for shoplifting.  An officer arrived and arrested S-1 then transported her to the main jail.
