Shortly before 8:30 am Saturday morning, a man at the Burger Kings restaurant on Elk Grove Blvd became involved in a verbal argument with the manager. The manager then asked him to leave. The suspect began throwing items around the restaurant. He then pulled out a knife and swung it several times at the manager before leaving. After exiting the restaurant the suspect slashed tires on two vehicles and broke the spoiler on one. Police arrived on scene and arrested 23 year old Sacramento resident Jacob Tanson.
Tanson was arrested on two felonies. Assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism as well as a misdemeanor probation violation. His bail was set at $60,000.

I’ve seen this guy in there bothering her before. He needs to stay locked up IMO.
