Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0222 hours S-1 (Wilton resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. DAY WATCH Time: 0925 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for attempting to pass a fictitious check and possession of narcotic paraphernalia then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1131 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 in the shoulder then struck V-1 in the face. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1309 hours S-1 (W. Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 1522 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a robbery that had taken place. S-1 entered the bank and approached a teller. S-1 passed the employee a note that demanded money an indicated that he was armed. The employee feared for her safety and complied with S-1’s demands. S-1 was given an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. S-1 fled the location on foot and no weapons were seen. S-1 was described as a WMA, 20’s, 5’10”, 170 lbs., wearing a black beanie, a fake black beard, gray sweatshirt and blue jeans. EVENING WATCH Time: 2124 hours Officers responded to the Century Theaters regarding several calls of juveniles fighting in front of the business. Officers arrived and observed a large crowd of juveniles loitering in the area. Officers were able to disperse the crowd around 2245 hours. No arrests were made.

Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0130 hours S-1 (Fresno resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a fixed object. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail. Time: 0127 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. Time: 0451 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a fixed object. The reporting person indicated that the driver had walked away from the scene of the collision. Responding officers located and contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who matched the description of the driver. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail. ________________________________________________________________________________ DAY WATCH Time: 1116 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant and for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. EVENING WATCH Time: 1816 hours S-1 was detained by Target loss prevention for shoplifting. An officer arrived and took S-1 into custody then transported her to juvenile hall. Time: 1848 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied vehicle. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) who was sitting inside the vehicle. A records check revealed that the vehicle S-1 had been sitting in was stolen. S-1 was also found to be on probation. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 2149 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation while children were present. During the altercation, S-1 threw a metal object that struck the victim. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 fled the location and was later arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
