S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 in the shoulder then struck V-1 in the face. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (W. Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a robbery that had taken place. S-1 entered the bank and approached a teller. S-1 passed the employee a note that demanded money an indicated that he was armed. The employee feared for her safety and complied with S-1’s demands. S-1 was given an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. S-1 fled the location on foot and no weapons were seen. S-1 was described as a WMA, 20’s, 5’10”, 170 lbs., wearing a black beanie, a fake black beard, gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Officers responded to the Century Theaters regarding several calls of juveniles fighting in front of the business. Officers arrived and observed a large crowd of juveniles loitering in the area. Officers were able to disperse the crowd around 2245 hours. No arrests were made.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was involved in a verbal argument with a manager while inside a fast foot restaurant. When the manager requested that S-1 leave the restaurant, S-1 began throwing items around inside the business then pulled out a fixed blade knife. S-1 swung the knife at the manager several times before exiting. While outside, S-1 slashed the tires on two vehicles and broke the rear spoiler of one vehicle. Officers arrived and arrested S-1. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a call of two people sleeping in a vehicle with the engine running. Officers arrived and located the described vehicle which was occupied by S-1 (driver’s seat) and S-2 (passenger’s seat). Officers discovered that the front passenger door to the vehicle was open, and marijuana was observed inside the vehicle. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was detained and found to be on probation. A search of S-2 led to the discovery of a controlled substance and burglary tools were located on the driver’s seat.  A consent search of S-1 (Sacramento resident) led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia and a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

The victim was selling a vehicle and agreed to meet S-1 at the above location. After inspecting the vehicle, the victim agreed that S-1 could test drive the vehicle with the understanding that the victim would be riding as a passenger. When the victim gave S-1 the keys to the vehicle, S-1 only unlocked the driver’s side door. S-1 got into the vehicle, started the engine, then began driving erratically in reverse before the victim was able to get into the car. While backing up, S-1 struck the victim with the vehicle causing visible injuries. Responding officers located the vehicle being driven by S-1 travelling eastbound on Laguna Blvd. When officers attempted to conduct an enforcement stop, S-1 did not yield had led officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit terminated at W. Stockton Blvd. / Laguna Blvd. after the vehicle S-1’s was driving became inoperable after driving over the center median. S-1 then exited the stolen car and fled on foot towards a retail shopping area. Officers established a perimeter but were unable to locate the suspect.

Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail.

A records check revealed that the vehicle S-1 had been sitting in was stolen. S-1 was also found to be on probation. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

During the altercation, S-1 threw a metal object that struck the victim. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 fled the location and was later arrested then transported to the main jail.
