Pedestrian in Elk Grove injured in hit and run accident

A pedestrian crossing the street at the 8400 block of Elk Grove – Florin Road was struck by vehicle, injuring the pedestrian. The driver fled the scene. The driver, 19 year old Isiah Porter of Elk Grove, was later arrested. He was charged with felony hit and run with injury and driving without a license. His bail was set at $25,000.
