More stores signed up for Elk Grove Mall

In a good sign for the city of Elk Grove, more stores have signed leases for the “ghost mall”. In an online brochure for the mall known as the Outlet Collection at Elk Grove, the names of more retailers and restaurants have been released. Could an announcement of a startup of construction be imminent?

A map in the brochure lists several previously unannounced stores:

• Nike
• Victoria Secret
• Rack Room Shoes
• Zales Jewelers
• Columbia Sportswear

They join previously announced stores: H & M, Guess, Express, American Eagle Outfitters, Francesca’s and Forever 21.

The food court shown in the brochure will feature some lesser known restaurants:

• Tropical Sensation
• Chicken Now
• DJ’s Taco
• China Max
• Meatball Spot
• Little Tokyo
• Patty Shack

There are plans for larger restaurants as part of a “restaurant row” according to the brochure map.  Starbucks and Z Pizza are also listed.
