NIGHT WATCH

Charges:  PC 487(A), 182(A)(1), 466, 1203.2(A), WARRANT, HS 11377(A)
Location:  2800 block of Dinwiddie Way.
Suspect #1:  KING, JOHNATHAN (WMA, 21, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2:  GARIBAY, DANIEL (HMA, 33, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location after the reporting person observed S-1 and S-2 (Stockton residents) inside her vehicle. When the suspects fled the location, the reporting person provided a description. Responding officers located and detained the suspects a short distance away from the original scene. The reporting person indicated that a cell phone and additional property were taken from the unlocked vehicle. S-1 was found to be in possession of the stolen cell phone. A records check revealed that S-1 had two active warrants out for his arrest. S-2 was found to be on probation and was in possession of a controlled substance and a burglary tool. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.  ________________________________________________________________________________

Location:  Grant Line Rd. / Mosher Rd.
Suspect:  GONZALEZ, ALBERTO (HMA, 30, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. S-1 fled the scene on foot leaving his vehicle behind. Responding officers located and contacted S-1 a short distance away from the collision scene. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for passing a fictitious $100 bill and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail.
