Video catches car driving in reverse in rush hour Sacramento traffic

An anonymous woman was able to capture video of the car driving in reverse. The incident took place on Watt Ave in rush hour traffic. According to KRON police identified the car as being registered to a person with a history of run ins with the law, but they could not identify the driver in the video.
