Elk Grove police arrest two in illegal pot growing operation

A few days after they arrested two men for having 250 marijuana plants, Elk Grove police arrested two more men and this time found over 400 plants.  Officers served a search warrant at Valley Crest Court in Sacramento. There they arrested Sacramento resident Tian Zhuo, 44.  Officers found evidence of sales, a handgun and ammunition.  They also arrested Shan Zhou, 40, at his Elk Grove home.  Both men were transported to jail. According to police, the two growing operations were not related.
