Location:  4900 block of Willow Vale Way.
Suspect:  LUNA, JORGE (HMA, 33, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 provided false information about his identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location:  8700 block of San Pedro Way.
Suspect:  SPRINGER, DEVONTAE (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) who was sitting in the driver’s seat of the described vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 could not provide a driver’s license and consented to a search of his vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded handgun underneath the driver’s seat. A records check revealed that the gun had been reported stolen. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
