Charges: VC 23152(A), 23154(A), VC 14601.2(A)
Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: LAMSON, BENJAMIN (OMA, 29, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the area. An officer located the described vehicle with S-1 (Rancho Murieta resident) sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. A vehicle stop was conducted and S-1 was contacted. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Brentwood resident) was arrested for active warrants then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: PRASAD, ANILESH (AMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for making threats and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail.

Location: 10000 block of E. Taron Dr.
Suspect: NOT IDENTIFIED

The victim was at the above location with another person (witness) when the suspect (S-1) arrived. The suspect is known to the witness. The suspect struck the victim in the face and head with a flashlight and a baseball bat. The victim fled the location and contacted EGPD. The victim suffered visible injuries as a result of S-1’s actions. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
