Suspect: MCPHEARSON, MADISON (WFA, 21, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 was detained after he was unable to produce any identification. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were passengers in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that both suspects had active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: SHARPE, CAMERON (WMA, 27, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious person, S-1 (Citrus Heights resident), who was observed loitering outside the Bank of the West. The caller indicated that S-1 had put on a mask to cover his face and was walking towards the entrance of the bank. According to the witness, S-1 was unable to enter the bank because the doors were secured. As S-1 drove away from the location, the witness provided a description of S-1’s vehicle and direction of travel. Responding officers located the described vehicle being driven by S-1 and conducted an enforcement stop. S-1 was detained and a search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of ski mask and a black BB gun. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 in the head. When a witness attempted to intervene and call 911, S-1 took the phone away and would not allow the call to be completed. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

V-1 was also struck in the head by a cup that had been thrown by S-1. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
