Suspect: MEUNIER, TIMOTHY (UMA, 37, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Detectives conducted a probation search of a residence. During the search, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the residence. A records check revealed S-1 to have an active warrant for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and booked at the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained by Bel Air loss prevention for shoplifting. EGPD responded and contacted S-1. A records checks of S-1 revealed an active warrant for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and booked at the juvenile hall.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for vehicle code violations. S-1 was found to be unlicensed. During a search of the vehicle, a controlled substance was located inside the vehicle. S-1 was arrested, then issued a citation and released.
