S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, officers observed a handgun on the floorboard of the vehicle at S-1`s feet. S-1 and the occupants of the vehicle were detained. The handgun was recovered and found to be loaded with a high capacity magazine. A records check revealed that the handgun was not registered. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was walking on E. Stockton Blvd. when an unknown person threw an unknown object containing an unknown chemical out of the passenger side window of a moving vehicle. The unknown object struck V-1 in the face causing redness and swelling. V-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. No suspect information at this time.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving recklessly in the area. Responding officers located the described vehicle being driven by S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

The victim was walking down the street when he was confronted by three unknown suspects. S-1 grabbed the victim by his backpack while the other two suspects surrounded the victim and searched through his pockets. S-1 held an unknown object in his waistband during the incident. The suspects did not take any property from the victim and were last seen running southbound from the location. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects.
