S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 in the face. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 then poured soda on V-1, struck V-1 on the chin and threatened V-1. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
