Car wash proposed near Dutch Bros and 99

On June 1 the Elk Grove planning commission will hear a proposal to locate a car wash near Dutch Bros at 9660 East Stockton Blvd. The applicant is Blue Wave Express, based out of Texas. This would be the first Blue Wave in the area.
