ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT
Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0156 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 kicked V-1 in the stomach and slapped V-1 in the face. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 fled the residence and was detained by responding officers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. ________________________________________________________________________________ DAY WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged. EVENING WATCH Time: 1749 hours Officers located an unoccupied stolen vehicle in front of the above location. Officers made contact with the occupants of the residence and determine that S-1 had been in possession of the vehicle. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was found hiding in the garage and would not comply with instructions. S-2 was eventually detained. A records check revealed that S-2 had an active warrant out for his arrest. Time: 2011 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 on the arm and elbow. V-1 also indicated that S-1 had grabbed and pushed V-1 a few days ago. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
