Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0042 hours Officers responded to a local area hospital and contacted the victim who was seeking medical treatment after an attempted robbery. The victim was walking through Fales Park when he was confronted by several unknown individuals. S-1 ran up from behind and struck the victim several times in the head with a metal object. One of the suspects demanded property and began searching the victim. The victim was able to run away from the location and escape the suspects. The victim was later transported to a local area hospital by an uninvolved person. One of the suspects was described as a BMA, 5’5”, with a stocky build. All of the suspects were wearing dark clothing. Time: 0323 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for possession of burglary tools and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail. Time: 0556 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 in the face with a cell phone. S-1 also prevented V-1 from leaving the residence. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. DAY WATCH Time: 0910 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed and scratched V-1. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 1302 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious vehicle parked at the above location. When officers arrived, they contacted the occupants. S-1, who was sitting in the driver’s seat, was found to be on probation. A records check revealed that the trailer attached to S-1’s vehicle had been reported stolen.
