Suspect: GUO, WEIZHI (AMA, 46, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. The driver and a passenger in the vehicle struck by S-1 were transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment.

Suspect: MACKENZIE, NICHOLAS (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location after S-1 was observed attempting to gain entry into a locked vehicle. The reporting person also observed S-1 get into a vehicle and drive to a different area of the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers located and detained S-1. A records check revealed that the vehicle S-1 had driven was reported stolen. S-1 was also found to be in possession of a burglary tool. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded firearm with a large capacity magazine. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location after witnesses observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) strike a passenger (V-1) in the face while operating a motor vehicle. Responding officers located the described vehicle parked in a nearby parking lot. Upon contact, officers observed that V-1 had visible facial injuries. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JAMERSON, KRISTOHPER (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a physical altercation. During the altercation, the victim kicked S-1. After being kicked, S-1 stabbed the victim in the buttocks with a knife. The victim as transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8800 block of Silverberry Av.
Suspect #1: JUVENILE (HMJ, 15, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (HMJ, 15, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a disturbance involving two juveniles who had brandished a knife. Upon arrival, officers received information that one of the suspect had attempted to take the victim’s cell phone after the victim took a photo of the suspects. When the suspect was unable to take the phone, he pushed the victim to the ground. The suspects fled on foot and the victim was able to share the photos with responding officers. Officers recognized the suspects from the photo taken by the victim. Officers located and detained both suspects at a nearby residence. The suspects were positively identified by the victim and taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.
