Location: 9500 block of Appaloosa Pl.
Suspect: TADLOCK, KIMBERLY (OFA, 49, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a party disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the adult homeowner S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and learned that several juveniles were on the premises and had been consuming alcoholic beverages. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation for contributing to the delinquency of minors.

Suspect: FERNANDEZ, RAYMOND (HMA, 46, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant and vandalism then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ESTRADA, JESSICA (HFA, 18, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 in the face several times. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9500 block of Baypoint Way.
Suspects: UNKNOWN (BMJ’s)

V-1 was walking towards Strong Park when she was approached by two unknown male suspects. The suspects demanded the victim turn over any personal property. One of the suspects (S-1) then lifted up his shirt revealing what appeared to be the handle of a handgun. Fearing for her safety, the victim and a friend ran away. The suspects then fled on foot in an unknown direction. S-1 was described as a BMJ, 5’8”, 120, wearing a black shirt and blue jean shorts. S-2 was describe d as a BMJ, 5’6”, 150, wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
