Spotlight on Business: PaintRite Pros

PaintRite Pros is a local painting business owned by Elk Grove resident Chris Gardner. I had the chance to sit down with Chris last week and talk about his business. He also gave me a tour of their office in Elk Grove. He talked about their business philosophy. As with any business, their goal is to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the services they provide. Before starting a job they go over a checklist with the customer to make sure all questions are answered prior to starting. Things like, do you have pets? Which bathroom would you like the painters to use?

Chris holds regular meetings with his employees before starting their day to go over the projects and make sure everyone is on the same page. Their employees dress professionally and represent PaintRite Pros in a manner that fits the company’s image. Job sites are kept clean and neat on a daily basis.
