S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being driven by S-2. Upon contact, both S-1 and S-2 were found to be on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of a dagger. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of counterfeit U.S. currency. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HENRY, JAMES (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding the sounds of breaking glass. Upon arrival, officers located and detained S-1 behind the business. Officers discovered that the front window of the business had been broken. Through investigative efforts, officers determined that S-1 had thrown an unknown object through the front window. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

A consent search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of a dirk/dagger and narcotic paraphernalia in S-1’s purse. S-2 was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both suspects were arrested then issued citations and released.

A search of S-1`s person and his vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and a metal collapsible baton. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 initially provided false information about her identity. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that she had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: TURNBULL, JOHNNY (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)

The victim was at his residence when S-1 (Elk Grove resident), who is known to the victim, arrived at the residence. S-1 fired two rounds from a handgun at the victim who was in the garage. S-1 fled the location on foot and the victim was not injured. Officers responded to the area and began searching for S-1. While officers were searching the area, a call regarding a suspicious person matching the description of S-1 came into dispatch. Officers located and detained S-1 without incident in the 9400 block of Laguna Creek Dr. Officers also located and recovered the handgun used in the shooting at this location. A records check revealed that the handgun had been reported stolen. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

The victim was in the parking lot at the above location when she was approached by an unknown suspect. S-1 pushed V-1 then grabbed V-1’s purse. After a brief struggle over the purse, S-1 was to gain control of the purse and ran towards an awaiting vehicle. S-1 was seen getting into a silver or gray sedan, by way of the passenger door, that was being driven by an unknown person. The suspects fled in an unknown direction. V-1 suffered minor injuries that required medical treatment. No additional suspect information at this time.
