S-1 (Hayward resident), S-2 (Sacramento resident) and S-3 (Elk Grove resident) were arrested for possession of narcotics and paraphernalia then issued citations and released.

Location: 9500 block of Little Rapids Way.
Suspect:  UNKNOWN (BMA)

The victim agreed to meet an unknown woman at a residence on Little Rapids Way. When the victim arrived, he was approached by an unknown suspect who brandished what appeared to be a handgun. The suspect then demanded that the victim surrender his property. Fearing for his safety, the victim complied and gave the suspect some personal property. S-1 then discharged the weapon, which turned out to be a pellet gun at the victim. The victim was struck in the face and the suspect fled on foot. S-1 was described as a BMA wearing a dark hooded jacket and was wearing jeans.

An unknown person discharged a firearm at the above location. Responding officers located and recovered physical evidence at the scene. Officers were unable to locate any objects or structures that had been struck.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the arm and attempted to take V-1’s cell phone during a call to 911. S-1 fled the location and was later arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license was suspended. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with a fixed object.  Officers arrived and contacted S-1.  Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail after being medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital.

S-1 also choked V-1 after putting down the knife. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted and detained during a call for service. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a fixed blade knife. S-1 was arrested, handcuffed then placed in the back seat of a police vehicle. While in the back of the police vehicle, S-1 slipped the handcuffs to the front of his body and resisted when officers were transferring him to another vehicle. S-1 was placed in a maximum restraint device then transported to the main jail.
