Elk Grove police arrest four in marijuana growing operation at five Elk Grove homes

 

On Wednesday Elk Grove police detectives served warrants at five homes in the Elk Grove area related to a marijuana growing operation.  Four people were arrested and taken into custody during the operation that started early Wednesday morning.

Suspect #1:  LIN, QUAN (AMA, 65, ARRESTED) Elk Grove resident
Suspect #2:  QUING, LIN (AFA, 39, ARRESTED) Brooklyn resident
Suspect #3:  WENG, XIN (AMA, 48, ARRESTED) Elk Grove resident
Suspect #4:  CHEN, XING (AMA, 39, ARRESTED) Elk Grove resident

The five homes were located at:

  • 4300 block of Salonika Ct., 95758
  • 4900 block of Coppola Circle, 95757
  • 5200 block of Matina Dr., 95757
  • 9700 block of Westfalen Way, 95757
  • 8600 block of Arcos Way, 95757

2100 plants and 20 pounds of processed marijuana were recovered in the search.
