Suspect:  BARRY, JOSHUA (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument which turned into a physical altercation when S-1 began to flick V-1 on the forehead and pinched V-1’s arms. S-1 then kicked V-1 in the lower back and attempted to choke V-1. S-1 grabbed V-1’s face causing minor visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect:  TENNEY, JOSHUA (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument which turned into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed V-1 by the neck and threw V-1 to the ground. S-1 also choked V-1 during the altercation.  A witness pushed S-1 away from V-1. A short time later while V-1 was sitting in chair, S-1 flipped the chair causing V-1 to hit items nearby with V-1’s back and head. V-1 had minor visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: 8000 block of Mossburn Way
Suspect:  WESTBROOKS, JAHI (BMA, 36, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding a hit and run collision. Upon arrival, the homeowner notified officers that S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was responsible for the damage and directed officers to S-1’s residence down the street. Officers made contact with S-1 who displayed signs of impairment. A records check revealed that S-1 was on active parole.  S-1 was arrested and placed in the rear of the patrol vehicle. While in the back seat of the patrol vehicle, S-1 started kicking the door of the patrol vehicle and slamming his head against the interior of the vehicle. One of the officers sustained a minor injury while removing S-1 from the patrol vehicle. S-1 was placed in a maximum restraint device then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  HARTER, ROBERT (WMA, 24, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reckless driver and located the vehicle matching the description of the reckless vehicle. S-1 (West Sacramento resident) was stopped for a vehicle code violation and contacted. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect:  LIN, ZI (AMA, 45, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a two vehicle collision. S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted standing next to his vehicle and was identified as the driver of his vehicle by a witness. The driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries sustained from the collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was arrested.

Suspect:  ROSALES, ADAM (HMA, 57, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a large dirk/dagger style knife readily accessible to S-1. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
