S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument while inside a vehicle that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 slapped V-1 in the face. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested at his residence then transported to the main jail.
