NIGHT WATCH

Time:       0100 hours

Charges: WARRANT
Location: Big Horn Blvd. / Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect:  FREASE, FRANK (BMA, 48, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation.  A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest.  S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8100 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect:  DELONG, BRANDY (WFA, 48, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted while sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle parked behind a business. A records check revealed that S-1 had two active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  SMITH, NATHAN (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) drove away from his residence after an argument with his father. Officers located S-1 driving at a high rate of speed and attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. S-1 abruptly applied his brakes nearly causing the officer to collide with S-1’s vehicle. S-1 eventually stopped his vehicle and would not follow instructions to exit the vehicle.  S-1 was physically removed from the vehicle by officers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  RIMANDO, ALEXANDER (OMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, V-1 suffered visible injuries as a direct result of S-1’s actions. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8700 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect #1:  SOLORIO, ADAM  (HMA, 26, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2:  SOLORIO, CECELIA (WFA, 19, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) were contacted while sitting in a parked vehicle at Rau Park. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A consent search of S-2 led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of one round of live ammunition and narcotic paraphernalia on the seat where S-1 had been seated. S-2 was arrested then issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be in possession of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.

Suspect:  MARTIN, BRIAN (WMA, 49, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Petaluma resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a citation and released.
