Location: 5100 block of Ocean Ln.
Suspect #1: MERCADO-VERA, SANTINO (HMA, 29, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: FORD, AIMEE (WFA, 35, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: SILVER, NICOLE (WFA, 33, ARRESTED)

V-1 observed a vehicle driving away from her driveway and noticed her purse had been taken from the front seat of her vehicle, which was parked in her driveway. V-1 received a notification from her bank of fraudulent use at a local shopping center. V-1 located the vehicle she had seen driving away from her residence, in the shopping center parking lot and called police. Responding officers arrived and made contact with the suspect vehicle which was occupied by S-1 (Sacramento resident). A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. While officers were detaining S-1, S-2 (Sacramento resident) and S-3 (Elk Grove resident) returned to the suspect vehicle from a business in the shopping center. A records check revealed both S-2 and S-3 had active warrants out for their arrests. Further investigation also found S-2 and S-3 were in possession of V-1’s debit card and had used it at a business. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in regards to a call for service. A records check revealed     S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in a park after hours. A consent search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
