S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was consensually contacted and a records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Detectives from the EGPD Street Crimes Unit served a six location search warrant (9400 block of Daniels Ct., 9200 block of Trout Way, 8800 block of Boysenberry Way, 9600 block of Amber Waves Way, 9100 block of Grantline Rd. and 2200 block of Heger Way) related to an active marijuana cultivation operation. Detectives recovered over 4100 plants and 305 pounds of processed marijuana. Both suspects (Elk Grove residents) were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 and S-2 (Stockton residents) sitting in a parked vehicle. Officers arrived and made contact with both suspects. A consent search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance as well as prescription medication not prescribed to S-1. S-1 initially gave officers a false name then eventually provided his true identity. A records check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for his arrest. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-2 was arrested for the possession of narcotic paraphernalia, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) had entered the store with her two children. When store employees confronted S-1 for shoplifting, S-1 fled the store on foot with one of her children but leaving one child behind. A short time later, the child that had fled with S-1 returned to the store to get the child left behind. S-1 and both children were observed by responding officers running across a major roadway. S-1 was stopped by officers and detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. The children were not injured and later released to their father.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument when S-1 elbowed V-1 in the face a couple of times causing visible injuries. S-1 was later arrested and the then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
