S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

During a family disturbance, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) punched V-1, causing V-1 to lose consciousness and suffer visible injuries. S-1 fled the scene on foot prior to the officers’ arrival but was later located nearby. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) and their related vehicle. The suspect vehicle matched the description of a suspect vehicle from a theft that had occurred earlier in the day at a nearby business. Officers contacted both suspects and conducted a records check. The records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search of the suspect vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-2 was arrested for possession of narcotic paraphernalia, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was walking with another subject when they were approached by S-1 (Elk Grove resident). S-1 proceeded to display a firearm. S-1 left the area on foot and was later located by responding officers. While officers were attempting to detain S-1, S-1 began to physically resist. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
