S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 tackled V-1 to the ground, causing visible injuries. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 was sitting in a vehicle when S-1 approached, displayed a firearm and demanded V-1’s property. Fearing for her safety, V-1 handed S-1 her property. S-1 left the area in a grey compact vehicle. S-1 was described as an unknown race male, wearing sunglasses, a scarf covering his face and dark colored shirt and pants.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to have an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento residents) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. A consent search of S-2’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance.  S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

All three victims were walking in the above area when three suspects approached them. One of the suspects punched V-2 in the face and S-3 pulled out a firearm and pointed it at V-1. Fearing for their safety, V-2 and V-3 fled on foot. The suspects then demanded V-1’s property. All three suspects punched and kicked V-1. The suspects took V-1’s property and fled on foot. S-1 and S-2 were described as white male juveniles 14-15 years old. S-3 was described as unknown race juvenile, 14-15 years old.
