Suspect:  MALEY, DAVID (WMA, 42, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 down several times causing visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for battery, issued a citation and released.

Victim: Golden 1 Credit Union
Suspect:  UNKNOWN (WMA, 40-50)

S-1 approached a teller and handed them a note demanding money and indicating that he was armed. Fearing for his safety, the teller complied and gave S-1 an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. S-1 took the money then exited the bank on foot. According to a witness, S-1 was last seen walking south through the parking lot. S-1 was described as a Caucasian male adult, forty to fifty years old (40-50), six feet tall (6’0”), approximately two hundred pounds (200). S-1 was wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, with a blue t-shirt underneath, a straw hat with a dark colored band and blue jeans.
