Suspect #1:  BOXLEY, TERRANCE (BMA, 26, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SMITH, PARRISH (BFA, 29, ARRESTED)

V-1 was opening her vehicle trunk when S-1 (Sacramento resident), approached V-1.  S-1 grabbed    V-1’s necklace and pushed V-1 backwards, causing her to fall down.  V-1 suffered minor injuries as a result of the fall. The necklace broke and S-1 ran to an awaiting vehicle that was being driven by S-2 (Sacramento resident).  Both suspects left the area in the vehicle.  Officers observed a vehicle traveling eastbound on Elk Grove Blvd that matched the description of the suspect vehicle.  Officers conducted a vehicle stop and detained both suspects. A records check revealed S-1 to be on active parole.  Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  JUVENILE (HMJ, 17, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver in the above area. A records check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle to be a reported stolen vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle traveling northbound Bruceville Rd. The vehicle turned into a neighborhood. S-1(Sacramento resident and driver of the vehicle) and another subject fled on foot. After an extensive search, S-1 was located and detained. S-1 was taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument when S-1 threw two drinking glasses at S-1. The glasses missed S-1 but broke on the ground causing pieces of glass to cut V-1’s leg. Responding officers detained S-1. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
