Suspect: SHERMAN, CHAD (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Rocklin resident) was contacted during a call for service. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person and vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect #2: QUESADA, SABIAN (HMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento residents) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 to be on probation. A search of S-2’s person led to the discovery of multiple kinds of prescription medications not prescribed to S-2 and a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of over 10 pounds of marijuana. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: SEIVANE, NICHOLAS (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 10000 block of Wagoner Way
Suspect: RUATTI, GIANCARLO (WMA, 18, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who had been sitting in parked vehicle in the above area for several hours. Upon contact, S-1 exited the vehicle and officers observed two firearms in the vehicle. S-1 was detained and a records check revealed the firearms were not registered to S-1. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of approximately half pound of marijuana and indicia indicative of narcotic sales. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
