S-1 was the passenger and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A consent search of S-2’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle and V-1 was the driver of another vehicle. Both vehicles were stopped at an intersection. S-1 fired a single gunshot at V-1’s vehicle striking the vehicle in the door. V-1 was not injured. V-1 drove off and contacted police. Officers responded and located S-1’s vehicle parked at his residence. In plain view, officers observed a shell casing in S-1’s vehicle. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 prevented V-1 from calling for help by ripping the internet cord out of the wall and broke V-1’s cell phone. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
