Suspect: AMBRIS, FRANK (HMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Modesto resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A consent search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when S-1 shoved V-1 against a vehicle. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were involved in a physical altercation and desired to place each other under citizen’s arrest for battery. Both suspects were arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating a protective order and then transported to the main jail.
