Location: 9400 block of Hidden Hollow Ct.
Suspect: EMERSON, CHELSEA (WFA, 24, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) trespassing. S-1 refused to leave the area and officers attempted to place S-1 under arrest. S-1 physically resisted but officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
