A probation search was conducted at S-1 and S-2’s residence (Elk Grove residents). A search of S-1’s bedroom led to discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. A search of S-2’s bedroom led to the discovery of a controlled substance, narcotic paraphernalia, personal identification and access cards in someone else’s name. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-2 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 choked V-1, causing visible injuries. After the altercation, V-1 dialed 9-1-1. S-1 grabbed the phone out of V-1’s hand and prevented V-1 from calling for help. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. While S-1 was performing field sobriety tests, S-2 became belligerent and delayed the tests. S-2 was arrested for PC 148 (A)(1). S-1 performed poorly on the field sobriety tests and was arrested. Both suspects were transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
