What: Day of Giving for Law Enforcement Charities

A strategic campaign designed to motivate a portion of traditional Black Friday spending to participating Law
Enforcement charities in support of Northern California Law Enforcement, K9 and Mounted Patrol Officers.
The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento is hosting BLUE FRIDAY GIVE in support of Northern California
Law Enforcement officers and their families. Blue Friday Give, a direct donation “Hub” via
www.BlueFridayGive.com and a text to give option (Text “BlueGive” to 51400) allowing individuals the
opportunity to financially support law enforcement charities.

Funds will directly support Law Enforcement families in crisis (including injury, death, marriage and family
counseling), safety gear for Police K9’s, care for retired Mounted Patrol horses, Law Enforcement Chaplains and
more.

Benefiting charities include: The End of Watch Fund, Police and Working K-9 Foundation, Friends of The
Mounted Patrol Unit, How 2 Love Your Cop, California Chaplains Corps and The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy
Sacramento.

The community and businesses are invited to participate in BLUE FRIDAY by donating via the website or text
option as well as, wearing blue, using blue light bulbs, tying blue ribbons and other expressions of support for
law enforcement.
