S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed both suspects had an active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #3: COSTES, MARC (WMA, 39, ARRESTED)
Suspect #4: MCKINNEY, WILLIAM (WMA, 56, ARRESTED)

S-1 was the driver and S-2, S-3, and S-4 (Elk Grove residents) were passengers of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-2 to be on probation, S-3 and S-4 had active warrants out for their arrest. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia where S-4 was seated. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-3 was found in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-2, S-3, and S-4 were arrested and booked at the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted sitting in a parked vehicle near a closed construction site. A cursory search led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. A probable cause search led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
