Suspect: FUNEZ, MICHAEL (WMA, 48, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during call for service. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 spit on and struck V-1 in the face as well as kicked V-1 in the stomach when she fell to the ground. The incident took place with a child present. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for public intoxication and then transported to the main jail.
No major incidents or arrests logged.
