S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of heroin, methamphetamine, and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding an impaired driver in the area. Officers arrived and located a vehicle matching the description of the impaired driver parked with S-1 (Wilton resident) sitting in the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
