Marijuana sale leads to armed robbery, shots fired at victim

A marijuana sale gone bad led to the victim being robbed and shot at late Tuesday night.

The incident took place shortly before midnight on Tuesday night. The victim made arrangements with the suspect to purchase marijuana from the suspect.

The suspect arrived at the victim’s home, near Plainoak and Red Elk. and then the victim got into the car with the suspect and 3 others. The victim was driven to a nearby parking lot to consummate the deal.

At that point the primary suspect pointed a gun at the victim and demanded his property. The victim gave the suspect his property and was driven back to his neighborhood. The victim was allowed to exit the vehicle. As the victim walked away, the suspect fired shots in the victim’s direction. The victim was not injured.

The suspects then drove away in a dark colored 4 door sedan. The four suspects were described at Hispanic males, age 17-18 years old.
