S-1 (Roseville resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
