Suspect:

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 provided officers with several false names. Officers learned S-1’s true identity. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for her arrest. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
